Job summary

Arvato in Corby is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. You will own day-to-day operations, drive performance against KPIs, promote safety, and foster continuous improvement to deliver excellent service.

You will coach and develop colleagues, manage resource planning, and collaborate with Inventory, Quality and Customer Services to meet changing demands while maintaining quality and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive decisions.
• Experience managing KPIs and service levels; IT literacy with WMS/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve operational KPIs.
• Ensure productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
• Monitor performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Manage resource planning to meet changing demands.
• Promote health and safety and compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Quality, Customer Services and support functions.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support employee engagement and performance management.
