DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for exceptional stakeholder management, engaging in continuous communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• To strategically manage all warehouse, distribution and maintenance activities in line with DHL's policies and vision, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all functions, performance and productivity, ensuring safe and cost-effective methods are a priority consideration
• To manage and implement the daily coordination of direct reports, ensuring that all schedules, regulations, records and working practices are up-to-date and in line with company policies and UK legislation, whilst maintaining excellent working practices and health & safety compliance across the business
• To continuously review and evaluate warehouse policies, procedures, and systems to ensure that the site is operating at maximum efficiency and optimum level
• To take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and customer SLA's
