Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager, located in Bolton, MA. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse management. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals. Additionally, the manager will handle customer service inquiries related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Managing daily operation of the warehouse
• Ensuring products are received and cataloged properly
• Monitoring current inventory and communicating directly with our purchasers about replenishment
• Forecasting anticipated ordering levels and early buys
• Managing replenishment thresholds and reorder points
• Overall logistic coordination: Receiving and Dispatching of tools and equipment
• Inventory reporting and proper cycle counting/ inventory levels
• Certified for use of forklift and pallet jack
• Needs leadership ability to clearly communicate with warehouse staff and project managers to ensure proper inventory is selected for daily tasks.
• Education in Logistics, Warehouse Management, supply chain
• Builder Trend a plus
• Pool industry knowledge a plus
