Job summary

evri is seeking an Operations Manager for our Aberdeen hub to lead a busy parcel operation and deliver excellent service. You will manage and develop Shift Managers and teams, drive performance against KPIs, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained daily.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction in line with our growth objectives.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our busy Aberdeen hub. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven operational leader to take ownership of a fast-paced parcel operation, leading teams to achieve exceptional service, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with Service Partners, Shift Managers, and operational teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective day-to-day management of the site. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing people, and delivering against KPIs and business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the daily operation to ensure service and performance targets are achieved.
• Managing, coaching, and developing Shift Managers and operational teams.
• Driving a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and delivering site KPIs, service standards, and compliance requirements.
