Job summary

Cure Talent Ltd, on behalf of a respected medical device manufacturer in the UK, seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the finished goods warehouse and lead a five-strong team. The role blends leadership, planning and hands-on work to keep throughput steady as production priorities shift.

You'll coordinate goods in, NHS stock orders, UK fulfilment and exports, with a focus on accurate stock records and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Confident with IT systems (Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus).
• Forklift licence is useful; training can be provided.
• Experience with NHS stock orders and UK fulfilment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a five-person team on day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Plan workloads and coordinate with customer service, order processing and finance.
• Hands-on picking, packing, stock movements and despatch when required.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform stock checks.
• Identify process improvements and help the team adopt them.
