Job summary

MSA Safety in the United Kingdom is seeking a Systems & Solutions Supply Chain Manager for a leadership role across plant and warehouse operations. You will set and implement regional supply planning vision, optimize inventory, and deliver finished goods to customers through the network.

You will drive KPI improvements, build cross-functional alignment, mentor regional teams, and partner with global SIOP to lead monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Forecasting, Planning, Supply Chain, or related function.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and implement regional supply planning strategies to ensure availability of finished goods.
• Drive KPI metrics (OTIF, inventory) and coordinate with Demand Planning, Logistics, Sales, and IT.
• Lead monthly Supply Reviews and SIOP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop supply chain talent and coach regional teams to improve performance.
• Collaborate with global SIOP to align short- and long-term planning objectives.
