Job summary

Kenco Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct the work of warehouse associates, ensuring safety and quality across all areas of responsibility. You will schedule workloads, monitor shipping accuracy, mentor staff, manage time and training, and contribute to process improvements, while collaborating with the General Manager.

This role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, three years in warehousing, and supervisory experience; MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience required.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safety and quality.
• Schedule workloads and inventories; monitor shipping of outbound orders.
• Assign duties and ensure procedures are followed.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support safety programs and process improvements.
• Oversee timekeeping and operations in receiving and zoning.

Education

Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
