Maersk Reading is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse operation. You will supervise daily activities, coach teams, manage safety, quality and performance to meet customer expectations.

Formación

• Experience supervising or leading a team within a warehouse, logistics or fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse health, safety and operational standards.
• Experience working with operational KPIs and performance measures.
• Confident managing day-to-day operational issues and priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify practical improvements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Set clear operational priorities and ensure the team understands daily objectives.
• Monitor performance against customer and internal KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support resource planning, including absence, sickness and operational cover.
• Ensure equipment, processes and working practices are maintained to required standards.
