Qualifications

• Significant experience in a supervisory role within a parcel sortation or logistics warehouse.
• Strong background in warehouse flow management and ability to optimise processes.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication across teams and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and relevant technology tools.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining detail.
• Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless execution across all activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive performance improvements and reduce costs; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels.
• Lead, train and motivate a high-performance warehouse team and provide mentorship.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to maintain smooth operations.
• Enforce SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality.
• Maintain focus on health and safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage all aspects of the OLA shift for productivity and performance.
• Oversee driver pre- and de-briefings for clear communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized and compliant warehouse environment.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold high operational standards.
