Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) to lead our Lichfield warehouse team. You will drive daily operations, optimise sortation processes and push for best-in-class performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a night shift, coach staff, uphold safety standards and collaborate across departments to deliver reliable parcel handling and service levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a supervisory role within a parcel/logistics warehouse.
• Strong background in warehouse flow and process optimisation.
• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.

• Oversee and optimise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Drive performance improvements, monitor KPIs, and reduce costs where possible.
