Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd in Corby is seeking a dedicated admin professional for a permanent, full-time role. Hours are 08:00-16:00 and 16:00-00:00, rotating every two weeks with flexibility during peak periods.

The role offers an annual salary of £29,870 plus a shift allowance, reflecting the responsibilities across reporting, coordination and stakeholder support. You will report into Operations, Finance, HR and IT, providing accurate hours worked, SOP audits, and process improvements while

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting operational administration through accurate reporting, effective coordination, and clear communication across teams.
• Act as a key contact for admin queries, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Produce and maintain accurate hours worked reports.
• Manage ATREA system activities, including reporting and exceptions.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT.
• Support process improvements and carry out SOP audits.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects.
