Qualifications

• Leadership experience in logistics, retail or e-commerce.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement.
• Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement.
• Automation experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operations and client relationships.
• Proactively plan labour, equipment and activities during the shift.
• Foster a safe working culture and support team development.
• Supervise staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes per company policy.
