Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support the Corby depot’s daily operations. You will handle administrative tasks, data entry and key information flow to the management team, collaborating with the Admin Supervisor/Manager to maintain efficient warehouse processes.

The role offers a night shift from Monday to Friday, 21:30 to 06:00, 40 hours per week, with onsite parking. A friendly team and progression opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks to support depot operations.
• Handle customer and supplier inquiries and procurement needs.
• Provide timely management information (weekly/monthly).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and data inputting.
