Job summary

Gist Limited in Cumbernauld is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Administrator to support our warehouse and transport teams. The role involves handling paperwork, reporting, and data management while maintaining accuracy and meeting customer requirements.

You will work on a 12-month fixed term contract with two shift options: Night shift (8:30pm–5:00am) and Late shift (12:30pm–9:00pm). Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Warehouse and Transport teams.
• Process paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Handle customer and supplier queries and data management.
• Ensure proper archiving of all paperwork and documents.
• Input data into internal and external systems.
• Support wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
