Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a night shift pattern, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9pm to 7am. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing and shipping goods in a fast-growing omnichannel environment.

Responsibilities include stock handling, order preparation and loading, with a focus on accuracy and safety. Forklift training and UK right-to-work are advantageous; location is within reasonable travelling distance to the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licenses trained / Articulated trained ideal; renewal possible in-house.
• Night shift: 45 hours per week, Mon–Fri 9pm–7am.
• Valid right to work in the UK and living within a realistic travel distance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming stock accurately.
• Pick products according to orders and prepare them for shipping.
• Pack products securely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
