Gist Limited in Chesterfield is seeking an Admin Coordinator for the night shift (4 on 4 off) to support the warehouse operation. You will manage data entry, documentation and liaise with the operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role runs from 7pm to 7am at Gist Ltd, Unit 2, Seymour Link Road, Woodthorpe, Mastin Moor, Chesterfield, S43 3FG, with a salary up to £28,881.36 plus a night shift allowance of £3,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience, preferably in warehousing or operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
