Job summary

Evri is hiring a Night Shift Supervisor for Avonmouth. You will lead a dedicated team during the night shift and drive performance in a fast-paced depot environment. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to work on own initiative, and experience in logistics and transport regulations.

Night shifts typically run Tuesday to Saturday starting around 22:00–23:00 depending on volumes. You will develop and train staff, monitor SLA performance, and ensure HSES compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Ability to work proactively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
• Understanding of transport regulations is advantageous.
• Strong collaborative and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports with leadership and direction for the shift.
• Develop and train reports and ensure SLAs are hit for the Night shift.
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations.
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Our Night Shift Supervisor position is for someone who understands how to motivate staff and can efficiently prioritise pressing needs, where there isn’t an obvious solution. Lateral and original thinking would be a benefit as would logistics experience but we are open to experience gained in other related fields. You must be able to work collaboratively and take the lead on projects amongst your peers.

• PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
• An understanding of Transport regulations ideally
