Job summary

Evri in Weybridge is hiring a Night Shift Supervisor to lead a busy Brooklands Depot night team. You’ll guide up to 50 colleagues, set priorities and drive performance to ensure on-time delivery and safe operations.

The role requires ownership, decisive decision-making and collaboration with peers across the depot. Night shifts run 23:00–07:30 with variability by volume; join us to help deliver every night.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Experience in fast-paced logistics environments is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Understanding of Transport Regulations is advantageous.

We’re Hiring: Night Shift Supervisor | Weybridge

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to join our Brooklands Depot and help keep our operation moving through the night.

The role

As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced operation. You’ll lead a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities, driving performance and making sure we deliver for our customers.

Our Night shift typically operates 4 Nights over 7 or 5 over 7, 23:00 to 07:30am, although finish times can vary depending on parcel volumes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from people. You’ll need to think on your feet, make confident decisions and work collaboratively with colleagues across the depot.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and providing direction to a team of up to 50 direct reports
• Coaching, developing and training colleagues to help them perform at their best
• Driving performance and ensuring Night shift SLAs are achieved
• Ensuring compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
• Processing BI and MI reports relating to Driver and Loader performance
• Managing priorities, deadlines and deliverables across individual projects
• Identifying challenges and finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment
• Working collaboratively with your peers to support the wider depot operation

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a confident people leader who can remain focused when the pressure is on.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous management experience leading and motivating a team
• Experience within a fast-paced logistics environment, although relevant experience from other sectors is also welcomed
• The ability to use your own initiative and deliver against tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An understanding of Transport Regulations would be an advantage
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to take the lead when needed
