Job summary

Evri in Enfield is seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead a busy, overnight operation from the Enfield Depot. You will guide a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting priorities, coaching and driving performance to meet customer expectations.

The role requires owning the shift, solving problems, and collaborating with depot peers to maintain smooth operations through the night. Great leadership and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience leading and motivating a team.
• Experience within a fast-paced logistics environment is desirable.
• Ability to use initiative and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Transport Regulations would be an advantage.
• Collaborative approach with the confidence to take the lead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and ensure Night shift SLAs are achieved.

• Collaborate with peers to support the wider depot operation.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to join our EnfieldDepot and help keep our operation moving through the night.

The role

As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced operation. You’ll lead a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities, driving performance and making sure we deliver for our customers.

Our Night shift typically operates 5 days over 7 starting around 22:00, although finish times can vary depending on parcel volumes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from people. You’ll need to think on your feet, make confident decisions and work collaboratively with colleagues across the depot.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for:

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous management experience leading and motivating a team
• Experience within a fast-paced logistics environment, although relevant experience from other sectors is also welcomed
• The ability to use your own initiative and deliver against tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An understanding of Transport Regulations would be an advantage
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to take the lead when needed
