Job summary

Evri in Dundee is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead a busy night operation at DundeeDepot. You will manage up to 50 direct reports, set priorities and drive performance to ensure customer deliveries are met through the night.

The role requires taking ownership, solving problems and making confident decisions while collaborating with colleagues across the depot. Night shifts start around 22:00 and run 4 days over 7, subject to volumes.

Qualifications

• Prev management experience leading and motivating a team.
• Experience within a fast-paced logistics environment, although relevant experience from other sectors is also welcomed.
• The ability to use your own initiative and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• An understanding of Transport Regulations would be an advantage.
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to take the lead when needed.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to join our DundeeDepot and help keep our operation moving through the night.

The role

As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced operation. You’ll lead a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities, driving performance and making sure we deliver for our customers.

Our Night shift typically operates 4 days over 7 starting around 22:00, although finish times can vary depending on parcel volumes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from people. You’ll need to think on your feet, make confident decisions and work collaboratively with colleagues across the depot.
