Role Summary: Reporting to the Depot Manager, the Warehouse Manager plays a key role in our success journey. You will be involved in:

• Training staff in safe systems of work and monitoring compliance
• Investigating accidents and near misses, and implementing action plans
• Conducting scheduled racking inspections and follow-ups
• Managing warehouse resource allocation daily
• Ensuring supervisors complete return to work meetings and inductions
• Engaging the team and maintaining effective communication
• Managing warehouse team absence and holiday scheduling
• Maintaining stock integrity and compliance with procedures
• Prioritizing health and safety to ensure a safe working environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience managing people and processes
• IT proficiency with SAP and MS Office
• Health and Safety training
• Experience in FMCG, preferably in drinks or brewing industry
• Problem-solving, planning, and people development skills
• Financial awareness and cost control experience
• Accountability and leadership qualities
• Ability to provide honest and respectful feedback to inspire change
