We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and coordinating the logistics of our specialized equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and Maintain Warehouse: Develop efficient warehouse layouts and organization systems to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow. Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

• Inventory Management: Oversee tracking, labeling, and inventory of equipment and materials. Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular audits to minimize losses and discrepancies.

• Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with the technical team to schedule and oversee regular maintenance and inspections of special effects equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage the logistics of equipment preparation, packaging, and transport for events. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless event setups and breakdowns.

• Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict safety standards and guidelines for handling special effects materials. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field; OR 10+ years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to motivate and supervise the warehouse team.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts.

• Knowledge of special effects equipment is a plus.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
