We're Hiring: Warehouse Operations Manager Location: Crawley, West Sussex Join a fast-growing logistics company shaking up the fashion & lifestyle sector.

About the Role

Are you a hands-on logistics leader ready to make a big impact? We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations at a rapidly expanding supply chain business specialising in B2B and B2C logistics for ecommerce brands.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be key in scaling our operations, increasing efficiencies, optimising our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and leading a talented team in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and managing the warehouse and logistics team
• Optimising space and workflows within the warehouse
• Enhancing WMS efficiency and planning warehouse structure
• Managing relationships with 3PL and courier partners
• Liaising with clients to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Contributing to budget planning and performance monitoring

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations leadership (preferably in retail, e-commerce, or fashion)
• Deep understanding of WMS systems and experience in optimising warehouse setups
• Skills in staff management, shift coordination, third-party logistics, and cost control
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement
