About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Team Manager to join our team in the Warehouse Department at our Distribution Centre in Hatfield. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of warehouse operatives to ensure the efficient and effective operation. Also to achieve operational KPIs to tight deadlines and drive improvements by engaging the team in promoting a positive culture.
This role does require someone capable of working under pressure, displaying a good analytical approach to work to deliver business results and to achieve performance and service levels. Successful candidates will require some team supervisory / people management experience and working within a team environment.
There is a need for flexibility as the successful candidate may be required to work on any '5 days from 7' working basis. Hours of work will be predominately be 10pm to 6am but flexibility of hours is required with operational needs and may include weekend working.
Full training and development will be given to successful candidate.
