Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Burton distribution centre seeks a Warehouse Lead Manager to drive daily warehouse operations, safety, and engagement. You will report to the Distribution General Manager and work to deliver great service to stores while improving efficiency and developing people.

You will coach Team Managers, plan labour and resources, and use data to guide decisions, ensuring MHE compliance and strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced on-site role.

• Experience leading teams within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience coaching and developing people to achieve their potential.
• Good understanding of health and safety and employment practices.
• Experience managing operational performance measures and delivering change.
• Clear, confident communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to use data and insight to plan, prioritise and make informed decisions.

Location & Working arrangementBurton Distribution Centre | Full-time - Permanent | 37.5 hours per week This is an on-site role at our Burton Distribution Centre, with a rotational shift:

• Working 5 days over 7, including weekend working
• Shifts operate Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, with a rotational pattern across working days and AM and PM shifts.

Reporting to the Distribution General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day warehouse operation, creating a safe, engaging and high-performing environment where colleagues can do their best work. You'll play an important role in delivering great service to our stores while improving efficiency, developing our people and helping the operation keep moving forward.
