Job summary

GXO is seeking three Warehouse First Line Managers for the B&Q Distribution Centre in Worksop. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time service in a fast‑paced, highly automated environment.

The role is full‑time, permanent, 40 hours per week, with rotating day and afternoon shifts. A salary of £34,000–£38,000 per annum plus extensive benefits is offered, along with opportunities for career development and internal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team operating within a highly automated warehouse environment, ensuring productivity, quality, and service targets are achieved
• Drive performance through coaching, communication, and engagement to create a high‑performing culture
• Monitor safe and effective use of MHE, RF technology, and automated equipment, ensuring compliance and minimising disruption
• Champion a strong health and safety culture, managing performance, wellbeing, and employee relations activities across your team
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service
