GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking three Warehouse First Line Managers for the B&Q Distribution Centre in Worksop.

You will lead a team of warehouse operatives and supporting roles, driving operational performance while upholding safety, quality and service standards in a highly automated environment. This is a full-time, permanent role, 40 hours per week on rotating day/afternoon shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00).

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to coach, communicate and engage to drive performance.
• Strong IT skills including WMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop a team within a highly automated warehouse environment to hit productivity, quality and service targets.
• Drive performance through coaching, communication and engagement to create a high-performing culture.
• Monitor safe use of MHE, RF technology and automated equipment, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
• Champion health and safety culture and manage wellbeing and employee relations activities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service.
