Job summary

GXO Logistics in Branston is seeking an experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team on the B&Q operation. You will drive performance, ensure service levels and safety standards while supporting colleague development.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30. Salary is £34,361 per annum with 25 days leave, pension, life cover, and other perks as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced warehouse or logistics team.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and engage staff.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and health & safety best practice.
• Experience with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to hit operational targets and site KPIs.
• Drive a positive safety culture and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Manage performance, attendance and development plans with high engagement.
• Deliver operational excellence through planning, performance reporting and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across site functions and support the Shift Operations Manager.
