Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and supporting roles, driving operational performance while ensuring service, productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. This is a full‑time, permanent position working 40 hours per week on a rotating days and afternoons shift pattern (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00). Flexibility will be required to support the needs of the operation because this is logistics after all!
You’ll be paid a salary of £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
