Dexory in Wallingford is seeking a Senior Customer Analyst to uncover the story in customer data and combine live-warehouse observations with usage insight to guide product bets. You’ll synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, communicate clear recommendations, and help shape AI-enabled research workflows.

You’ll collaborate with UX content teams and contribute to market sizing, dashboards, and research pipelines, joining a fast-paced, warehouse-floor–savvy team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in research, qual/quant insight, or product/bet design.
• Solid grounding in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Comfort with ambiguity in early product bets.
• Fluency with tools like Notion, SurveyMonkey, Slack, Pendo and Basecamp.
• Strong written and verbal synthesis.
• Field experience in warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare operations or similar.
• UX content skills, including capturing the voice of the user.

Responsibilities

• Get to the why behind the numbers—qual and quant insights.
• Combine on-site observations with Pendo and DexoryView data.
• Pressure-test ideas with A/B tests, prototypes and interviews.
• Log operator and site-manager feedback after go-live.
• Size the opportunity with market sizing and competitive mapping.
• Turn findings into clear, presentation-ready syntheses.
• Maintain surveys and the research insights pipeline.
• Co-design AI enablement playbooks for research workflows.
• Co-develop UX content with the Lead and Commercial team.
