Dexory in Wallingford is seeking a graduate to join the Internal Operations team, supporting the full digital solutions lifecycle from identifying improvement opportunities to automating routines and delivering data-driven insights.

You will work on AI-enabled applications, automation, and dashboards, collaborating with procurement, finance and stores. The role requires a degree in a technical field and a hands-on, proactive mindset. Onsite 5 days/week in Wallingford.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital tools and applications across procurement, quality and inventory management.
• Translate requirements from business teams into practical digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive ops tasks using AI and workflow automation.
• Analyse multi-source data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to support decisions.
• Support rollout and testing of new digital solutions.
• Explore emerging AI tech and propose practical uses for Internal Operations.
• Document processes and user guides to enable adoption.
