Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations, drive performance and ensure safe, efficient daily warehousing. You will supervise teams, implement process improvements, monitor KPIs and collaborate across functions to deliver reliable service for customers.

The role offers a competitive benefits package and a discretionary bonus. The position is based on site in Rugby, with 5 out of 7 shift patterns and 0700–1500 hours, and comes with a strong pension
