GXO is currently looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our B&Q Distribution Centre in Swindon. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the warehouse operation, leading Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to deliver outstanding service for one of the UK's best‑known retailers. You'll play a key role in driving operational performance, developing your team, and ensuring a safe and compliant working environment at all times.
This is a full‑time, permanent position working 40 hours per week on a rotating days and afternoons shift pattern (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00). Flexibility will be required to support the needs of the operation because this is logistics after all!
