Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bristol is looking for a Shift Lead to manage a warehouse team supporting the Hinkley Point C Nuclear Build.

You will oversee receipt, preparation, and dispatch of items, ensuring safety and compliance, while driving performance and motivating your team. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:00, with some flexibility required to cover changing priorities.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Shift Lead to join our team in Bristol, supporting the Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Build, the first in a new generation of UK power stations delivering low-carbon electricity to millions of homes. You'll oversee warehouse operations, ensuring items are received, prepared, and dispatched safely and compliantly to site, while leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.

This is a full-time permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 06:00 till 18:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £16.17 per hour, paid four-weekly, and 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
