Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our Bristol warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and daily alignment with priorities. You will manage shift teams, deliver briefings, oversee inventory with WMS and scanners, and update payroll records in Oracle/Kronos.

This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 06:00 to 18:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, and 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.
