Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bristol is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise warehouse operations for the HPC Nuclear Build. You will lead a team, ensure proper receipt, preparation, and dispatch of items, and drive safe, compliant practices on site.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 with some flexibility. Salary offered up to £16.17 per hour plus 23 days annual leave and bank holidays.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Shift Lead to join our team in Bristol, supporting the Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Build, the first in a new generation of UK power stations delivering low-carbon electricity to millions of homes. You’ll oversee warehouse operations, ensuring items are received, prepared, and dispatched safely and compliantly to site, while leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.

This is a full-time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 06:00 till 18:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£16.17 per hour, paid four-weekly, and 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
