Job summary

ABM Facility Services UK is recruiting Cleaning/Waste Operatives on a full-time permanent basis for a high-profile client in Wakefield. You will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, performing janitorial and waste removal tasks across welfare areas, production floors, and office spaces.

Training will be provided, and PPE is supplied. The role requires good English communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a DBS check and

Responsibilities

• Carrying out janitorial and waste removal duties in a warehouse environment.
• Provide high standard cleaning in welfare areas (washrooms, break rooms, canteen, social areas, production areas).
• Handle waste on site and prepare for transportation.
• Use walk-behind and ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers; keep equipment clean and safe.
• Be responsive to spillages and client callouts; communicate with team and line manager.
