Job summary

DHL S upply Chain in Rushden is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to help keep the warehouse running smoothly by managing stock movements, processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate system records. You will support operational performance, use WMS and MS Office, and work on 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 shifts on a 5/7 rotation.

This role requires good attention to detail and teamwork in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Have previous warehouse administration or logistics administration experience.
• Are confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Enjoy problem-solving, investigating discrepancies, and working with data.
• Have excellent attention to detail and can maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Can confidently work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing inbound deliveries and outbound orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Checking stock accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and resolving system-related issues.
• Producing reports and analysing data to support operational decision-making.
• Monitoring warehouse systems for errors and escalating issues where required.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Acting as a key contact for inbound and outbound administration queries.
• Supporting warehouse operations with administrative tasks and customer requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
