DHL is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support stock movements, deliveries and admin tasks in our Rushden warehouse. You will focus on accurate record-keeping, using the WMS, and delivering reliable operational support with a team-focused approach.

The role emphasizes practical data handling, reporting, discrepancy investigation and adherence to health, safety and quality procedures, contributing to smooth warehouse performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
• Proficient with IT systems, MS Office and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound deliveries and outbound orders via the WMS.
• Check stock accuracy, resolve discrepancies and system issues.
• Produce reports and analyze data to support decisions.
• Monitor systems for errors and escalate where needed.
• Maintain accurate stock records and complete documentation.
• Serve as key contact for administration queries.
• Support warehouse operations with admin tasks.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, and procedures compliance.
