Job summary

TX Group Europe Ltd. in Wantage is seeking a Warehouse Administrator on a contract basis to support daily warehouse operations.

The role handles orders, stock movements, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and timely processing. This maternity-cover position lasts approximately 12 months, with responsibilities including inventory control, KPI reporting, and coordination with transport providers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; experience with WMS/ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring all system requirements are completed.
• Coordinate carrier bookings, dispatch schedules, and shipment tracking for on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Handle stock receipts, transfers, adjustments and other inventory transactions in WMS/ERP.
• Check inbound deliveries against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready warehouse records and system data.
