Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting a Warehouse Systems Planner for our La Doria operation in Sproughton, Ipswich.

This 15-month fixed-term maternity cover role focuses on owning system performance, stock flow and container planning to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. The role requires experience with warehouse management systems, stock/operational support in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and optimizing system performance.
• Stock, systems or operational support experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Confident communicator able to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP or eWM or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse system performance and monitor health to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate stock flow and outbound planning to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Manage container and resource planning including bay allocation and labour.
• Analyze stock discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Produce operational reports to support handovers and KPI tracking.
