Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for its busy Oldham distribution centre. You will support stock movement, information flow, and reporting between the warehouse, Head Office, and 28 branches, ensuring products move to the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports to support distribution centre performance and service delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the warehouse, Head Office, and branch network.
  • Maintain warehouse records, operational documentation, and system updates.
  • Follow instructions and established processes and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving distribution environment.
  • Support the day-to-day organisation and efficiency of the distribution centre, helping maintain safe, tidy, and well‑organised warehouse areas.
  • Assist with operational warehouse activities when required, including picking, packing, and putting away Goods In deliveries.
  • Support stock movement activities to help ensure products are processed and available for branch requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual stock count activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.

  • An understanding of stock movement, goods receipt, order fulfilment, or distribution processes.
