Warehouse/Logistics Administrator - Raunds, Northamptonshire
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/Logistics Administrator to join our busy warehouse operation based in Raunds, Northamptonshire. This role would be suitable for candidates with experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Transport Administrator.
Rates of Pay:
- £13.71 per hour
- Overtime paid at £19.35 per hour
- Weekly pay
Shift Pattern:
- Immediate start available
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 17:30
- Ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Managing warehouse administration duties and maintaining accurate records
- Booking inbound and outbound deliveries
- Uploading and processing customer orders and picks
- Validating delivery, dispatch and transport documentation
- Processing data accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating professionally with customers regarding stock and operational queries
- Investigating stock discrepancies, shortages and inventory issues
- Monitoring replenishment requirements and resolving stock-related queries
- Supporting stock accuracy initiatives and inventory investigations
- Producing reports and updating spreadsheets as required
- Providing administrative support to the warehouse management team
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales
- Maintaining filing systems and operational records
Essential Skills:
- Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong data entry and numerical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience investigating stock discrepancies and resolving issues
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Transport Administrator role
- Experience within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment
- Experience producing operational and stock reports
