Job summary

Bleckmann UK Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to support warehousing operations with accurate administration, data management for invoicing and payroll, and strong collaboration across Operations, Finance, HR and IT. You will act as a reliable information hub and ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 or 16:00–00:00, on site at our Leicestershire site.

Responsibilities

  • The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely operational administration supporting warehousing activities.
  • Manage data for invoicing, workforce tracking, and reporting to enable efficient control.
  • Act as a key administrative link between operations and support functions.
  • Produce and maintain hours worked reports and manage ATREA system activities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and IT; support SOP audits and process improvements.

Ready to join us? This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 or 16:00 - 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary between £28,000 - £29,700 , depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance for the late shift positions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of operational administration processes supporting warehousing activities.
  • The role ensures reliable data management for invoicing, workforce tracking, and reporting, enabling efficient operational control.
  • Acting as a key administrative link between operations and support functions, the role contributes to data quality, process compliance and smooth day-to-day execution within the site.
  • Act as a key contact for admin queries, resolving or escalating as needed
  • Produce and maintain accurate hours worked reports
  • Manage ATREA system activities, including reporting and exceptions
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT
  • Support process improvements and carry out SOP audits
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Manage and maintain accurate workforce administration, including validation and correction of hours worked, attendance data and system registrations to ensure reliable payroll and invoicing inputs
  • Prepare and deliver operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on workforce metrics, costs and productivity, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for decision-making
  • Support invoicing processes by verifying operational data inputs and ensuring alignment between recorded activities and billing requirements
  • Act as key user for administrative systems (e.g. attendance or time registration tools), including managing data integrity, resolving issues and supporting end-users where required
  • Perform structured checks and audits on administrative processes and SOP adherence, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with defined standards
  • Serve as first point of contact for administrative queries from operations, finance, HR and IT, ensuring efficient issue handling and correct information exchange
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical enhancements within the existing framework
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of administrative procedures, supporting consistency and continuity of operations
