Job summary

Bleckmann in the United Kingdom is hiring a warehouse operative on a permanent full-time basis. The role features 4on 4off shifts, covering 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00, rotating weekly with peak-period flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

  • Ensure all products are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage.
  • Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with training and company procedures.
  • Complete all tasks in line with operational targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Identify and report hazards, damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve operational objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation.

This is a permanent, full‑time position working 4on 4off, covering the hours of 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00, rotating each week with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers £12.91 per hour, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance of £3,900 annually

Main Purpose of the Role

To undertake warehouse duties, as trained, relating to the flow of stock through the distribution centre from receipt through to dispatch. The role is responsible for ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining company standards for quality, productivity, and health & safety.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
