Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a capable leader to join our warehouse operations as a floor supervisor. You will manage an assigned area, optimize workflows, and coach a team to deliver accurate, timely service for client brands.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00, rotating each 2 weeks, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary between £32,000 depending on skills and experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operational processes, people, and client relationships, while proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities, and fostering a culture of safety and team development.

Profile:

Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce Experienced in managing teams Flexible to work various shifts based on operational needs Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement
