Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a capable leader to join our warehouse operations as a floor supervisor. You will manage an assigned area, optimize workflows, and coach a team to deliver accurate, timely service for client brands.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00, rotating each 2 weeks, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary between £32,000 depending on skills and experience.
Responsible for managing an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operational processes, people, and client relationships, while proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities, and fostering a culture of safety and team development.
