Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Skelmersdale is seeking a Warehouse Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on data management across WMS, reporting, and coordinating inbound/outbound activity to support a new customer implementation.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, experienced in fast-paced logistics, proficient with Microsoft Excel, and able to build strong stakeholder relationships. Salary £28,000 per annum pro rata.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient with Excel and administration tools.
• Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing operational data across Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Preparing reports, tracking performance metrics and supporting decision making.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound activity and processing orders with documentation.
• Investigating system and process issues and collaborating with teams to resolve them.
