Ward Sister/Charge Nurse - Days & Nights Rotation

Location: Oaks Hospital

Full Time: 37.5 Hours

We are seeking a Sister/Charge Nurse to join our established team at Oaks Hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional clinical care to surgical patients, working with a dedicated team and reporting directly to the Ward Manager. You will have the chance to broaden your nursing experience by managing a varied surgical case mix.

You will be expected to utilize your excellent clinical and evidence-based knowledge to contribute to service development across the perioperative pathway, identify opportunities for improvement, and support staff in delivering high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for managing the department in the absence of the Ward Manager, fostering a positive, blame-free, and forward-thinking culture while supporting staff to achieve their goals.
