King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Band 2 ward administrator for the Women's Health department in London. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 8am-8pm, 3/7 including weekends and bank holidays.

You will provide administrative support, admit patients using the patient administration system, greet visitors, manage telephone inquiries, and liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Ability to plan and organise straightforward tasks.
• Experience of using IT packages.
• Understanding of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Main source of administrative support for the ward team.
• Admit patients onto the units / ward using patient administration system.
• Greet visitors face-to-face and respond to requests for basic information.
• Carry out delegated tasks promptly as directed by the ward team.
