We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.
This is a permanent, part-time position of 15 hours per week, scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please note that the salary is pro-rata for part-time hours. The post is GGC-wide and can be based at any location, with an initial base at Gartnavel General Hospital.
To support effective clinical care by providing efficient health records services in a ward environment. Responsibilities include ensuring patient health records are accurately administered, processed, and kept confidential. The post holder will provide cover across multiple wards as needed, undertaking duties such as patient reception, answering phones, booking appointments, and maintaining demographic data on the patient management system.
